2. Services
MokshaSphere provides Data Moderation Services, Business Offline-to-Online Transformation, P&C Insurance Process Services, and Domain Verification & Research Services. The specific terms of each service engagement will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of MokshaSphere. Deliverables produced for clients as part of service agreements will be governed by the terms specified in individual contracts.
5. Limitation of Liability
MokshaSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
